In an effort to manage the challenges of the pandemic, I participated in my first 100 days project.
The concept is simple: Pick a creative endeavour – ideally, something that you can do in 5-10 minutes a day – and do it once a day for 100 days.
In this project, I created 100 doodles on sticky notes using Midliner highlighters and a fine black Sharpie. I’d post it every day on my Instagram stories with some background music to accompany it. Inspiration was everything from photos I’d taken, family members, deep pandemic feelings, badass women in science, and random absurdities (c.f., “Honse“, doodle #24).
